The First Records Of The Cockroach Rhabdoblatta Circumdata (Hanitsch, 1915) From Sabah (Insecta: Blattodea: Epilamprinae)

Abstract

The cockroach Rhabdoblatta circumdata (Hanitsch, 1915) has previously only been recorded from Singapore, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, and Sarawak. Here it is recorded from six localities in Sabah, two new localities in Sarawak, and one in Peninsular Malaysia. Five of the localities in Sabah are in National Parks, two in the Crocker Range Park, and three in the Kinabalu Park. A distribution map for is provided for the species. The nymph and adult are illustrated.
